This is a colorful and creative way to teach students about superlative and comparative. The use of sticky notes are easy and simple. I would display this poster in the classroom, and students would interact by placing their sticky notes on the board, and tell me why they placed them where they did.

Here is a reading strategy your kids will love! I buy these translucent sticky notes from the dollar store for my kids to use when they come across a word they really do not understand.  The purpose of this is to help them stop when they don't know a word, and use their strategies to help them decode and understand context when reading.  I give my kids a strategy card for when they do not know a word. They put a sticky on it while they clarify!
