Then add teaspoon of oregano, teaspoon of basil and chilli flakes - Add 2 tablespoons of flour and stir until there are no lumps - Then add one cup of milk and leave it on a slow fire while continuing to stir - Then add 1 cup mozzarella and 1/3 cup parmesan cheese - boil the noodles separately, I used spaghetti and added about half a cup of noodles water to the sauce
