Snowy Mountain crackle - Replace dark chocolate with white chocolate in basic crackle recipe. Reduce Rice Bubbles to 3 cups. Add 2 cups mini marshmallows. Make white chocolate ganache. Add a couple of drops of pink food colouring to half the mixture and pour over crackle. Place crackle in fridge to set. Place remaining ganache in fridge for 1 hour. Cut crackle into 16 squares. Whisk chilled ganache and pipe on top. Decorate with shaved white chocolate.

Add 1 1/2 cups chopped jersey caramels. Pour caramel ganache over crackle. Place crackle in fridge to set. Cut crackle into 16 squares. Pipe milk chocolate ganache on top. Decorate with sliced jersey caramel.
