Banana Chia Pudding - 1 banana, 2 tbsp chia seeds, 3/4-1 cup almond milk, 1 heaped tbsp coyo, 1 tsp vanilla extract, cinnamon, rice malt syrup(optional) all mixed together in a mason jar, seal and leave in fridge for a few hours or overnight.
Overnight chocolate oats and coyo parfait: 1/3 cup oats, 1 cup almond milk, 1 tbs chia seeds, 1tbs @loving_earth cacao powder, 1tbs sweetener. I used @loving_earth coconut nectar. Before bed, place all ingredient in a bowl and mix well. In the morning you will have a bowl of goodness waiting for you. Spoon the mix into a glass and layer with @coyo_is_coconuts natural yoghurt. I topped mine with desiccated coconut, cacao nibs and a spoonful of melted @loving_earth choc coconut butter!
Blend 4 frozen bananas with 3 tablespoons of raw cacao. Top with a heaping spoonful of coyo and more cacao nibs!
