Oven Baked Italian Meatball Risotto. I love a risotto, but hate having to stand there and stir in the stock. This recipe lets you add all the ingredients and put it in the oven to bake. Ingredients included YIAH Mediterranean Olive Oil, beef meatballs, onion, bacon, mushrooms, zucchini, capsicum, YIAH Tomato & Herb Dip Mix, YIAH Roma Italian spice Blend, arborio rice, can diced tomatoes and chicken stock. Simple lunch today - Smoked Salmon with Meze Rice 250g cooked brown rice, 2 tbsp YIAH Meze Dip Mix, 1 tbsp YIAH Mediterranean Olive Oil, 2 x 95g smoked flavoured salmon. Heat oil in pan, add all ingredients and stir until heated through.

Oven Baked Sausage and Tomato Risotto - Your Inspiration at Home - Recipes

Salmon with Rice  1 salmon fillet, 1 tsp YIAH Mediterranean Olive Oil, 1 tbsp YIAH West Coast Fish Rub with Lemon Myrtle, 1 cup cooked brown rice, 1 tbsp YIAH Dill & Onion Dip Mix.   Rub olive oil onto salmon and place in heated pan. Sprinle fish rub onto salmon and cook 3 -4 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside. Add rice and dip mix to the pan, stir and cook for 2 minutes. Serve rice onto plate and top with salmon.

Lunch today - Turkish Salmon Couscous 200g couscous, 1 cup boiling water, 1tbsp canola margarine (melted), 1tbsp YIAH Baharat Spice Blend, 100g Oh So Natural Seeds & Sultanas, 130g Salmon in Springwater (drained).   Stir boiling water into couscous, and allow to absorb water. Gently fork couscous to separate. Stir together margarine and spice blend, then combine with couscous. Stir well then add the rest of the ingredients. Serve and enjoy!
