Salmon with Rice 1 salmon fillet, 1 tsp YIAH Mediterranean Olive Oil, 1 tbsp YIAH West Coast Fish Rub with Lemon Myrtle, 1 cup cooked brown rice, 1 tbsp YIAH Dill Onion Dip Mix. Rub olive oil onto salmon and place in heated pan. Sprinle fish rub onto salmon and cook 3 -4 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside. Add rice and dip mix to the pan, stir and cook for 2 minutes. Serve rice onto plate and top with salmon.
Lemon Myrtle Fish Bites with Lemon Dill Mayonnaise. Use fresh white fish with plain flour, YIAH West Coast Fish Rub with Lemon Myrtle, eggs and bread crumbs.
