The Berlei Group, a market leader in intimate apparel, relocated their offices to new premises in Sydney. The scope of the project included the consolidation and relocation of The Berlei Group’s head office along with three other of the group’s business unit locations. To solve the problems arising from sample storage, CSM developed a dedicated storage system for the product sample library.

Databank - CSM Office Storage Solutions
DataBank is a corporation that store IT specific offsite tape and other data storage. In order to house this data, CSM collaborated with DataBank to create a solution that could securely accommdate these items. Tailored high density storage was supplied to address the requirements of this particular content.
Rather than having an allocated area, employees at this institution now use their lockers to store items required for the workspace, they then can choose an area to meet other team members or work individually. CSM also supplied a range of high-density Rolling Storage Mobile Shelving Units and Cabinets for alternative storage requirements. Having CSM’s Project Management team onboard made certain that the installation of Lockers and Storage items were implemented with the highest quality.

CSM worked with Lend Lease and Davenport Campbell for various CBA sites incorporating an Activity Based Workplace solution for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Activity-Based Workplace is a new design initiative for office environments and one product that can assist in the transition of this new concept are Lockers. The lockers utilised Electronic Swipe Card Technology allowing users to securely store items and access these items at any time.
The sliding door panels contain acoustic, sound absorption properties, enabling easy team collaboration to occur with minimal disruption to other users. Supporting TAL’s ABW initiatives, CSM’s customised lockers were integrated throughout the environment facilitating greater diversity of work settings throughout the lifecycle of the tenancy. Workspaces are flanked with Oxy Planter boxes and Evolution cabinets cultivating biodiversity and interior habitat.

The new ABW workplace for TAL, Australia’s leading specialist life insurer has been designed for simplicity, flexibility and collaboration, whilst supporting TAL’s leadership market position. In response to this approach, CSM worked with the project team to provide a holistic storage solution to help realise this vision. The integration of CSM’s Evolution cabinet range enhances flexibility and provides clear definition to work zones.
WorkSmart is JLL’s proprietary activity based working program, an integrated and innovative approach to the work environment that provides a combination of non-traditional work practices, non-territorial activity settings and multiple work locations. CSM provided special customized rolling storage that became a signature and unique feature for this office space. CSM planter boxes also contributed to the harmony of this collective working space.

Lion Aurora - CSM Office Storage Solutions
The Locker room at Aurora now houses the sloping top locker. The design of this product was developed to house personal items in back of house applications and locker rooms. Diversifying from traditional lockers the sloping top prevents clutter and any items being placed on the top to keep a clean mess free environment.

Not only did CSM provide the Infinity Tambour cabinets / Planter boxes and team storage cabinets but we managed the conversion from Lever Arch files to the CSM Accufile Lateral File System.

CSM Storage andamp; Filing Solutions provided the complete storage solution for Suncorp Metway in collaboration with the client and BVN. The solution included CSM mobile caddies – bi-peds, CSM team storage cabinets and CSM Rolling Storage units.

Lockers were required at Endeavour Energy to address the need for personal storage so items could be stored securely. CSM’s Opal Lockers are now installed at the Campbelltown facility alongside bench seating. These premium steel lockers provide users with a durable, secure space to store their personal items.
CSM fulfilled this requirement with 52 lockers incorporated on a Rolling Storage Unit exceeding all the Channel Nine expectations. Following the success if this particular fit out, the camera crew lockers were incorporated into the Docklands in Melbourne.
Channel 9 - CSM Office Storage Solutions
A Channel Nine camera crew were storing their expensive equipment in wire mesh door storage. CSM in consultation with Channel Nine’s station manager, designed a tailored locker, required to store camera boxes and a tri-pod in secure lockers with viewing holes to easily locate particular equipment.
The collaborative space provides an accessible common area for clients to interact. As Geyer’s design challenges the typically segregated front and back of house workplace as well as desk ownership, a fundamental component of the success of the environment was to provide staff with safe personal storage. CSM’s lockers offered a great solution both for personal storage as well as allowing for customisable design that were suitable for integration to the front of house environments.

Grant Thornton is one of the world’s leading organisations of independent assurance, tax and advisory firms. With more than 1,200 people working in offices in Australia and over 40,000 staff across 130 countries it is considered to be the fastest growing global accounting organisation in the world. Geyer’s design for Grant Thornton’s new workplace provides a sophisticated and open environment that reflects the brands unique culture.
CSM provided office storage solutions for the project focusing on staff organization and ease of use. Personal storage towers, tambour door cabinets and mobiletti mobile pedestals were built to integrate seamlessly into the workplace design. The key drivers for the move by Screen Australia were to increase staff comfort and reduce operating costs. Hassell designed the new fit out with these requirements in mind.
Screen Australia - CSM Office Storage Solutions
Screen Australia is a Federal Government agency that provides support to Australian film, television, documentary and digital media makers. The agency funds the production of features, documentaries, television drama, children’s programs and online web series, supporting filmmaking across all stages of production and development. Screen Australia recently relocated their office headquarters to 45 Jones Street Ultimo.

Colour and innate aspects were the focus of this fit out at Yum! Restaurants head office in Sydney. CSM Tambour Cabinets and Planter Boxes were the ideal solution for this contemporary, open plan office. Not only acting as storage, these cabinets are a stately attribute and room divider in this modern workplace.
