Day 82... havrn't blogged my food for a while. Have lost 10kgs in the first 50 days but stabilsed since. That is a goal in itself but now I am starting to listen to my body. Dairy is not good for me and I have to watch my dairy intske. This meal is day 1 of focusing more strictly on the next 10kg milestone. Carbs: 9.2 Fat: 81.2 Protein: 26.5 #lchf
Day Fortnightly weigh in tomorrow. Today we arrived home after a 16 day holiday. Eating LCHF whilst staying with others, socialising, etc was a challenge but we achieved of the time. Back to strict banting today and weigh in tomorrow.
