Day 28 - yesterday we travelled to Victoria so no photos but my stats were great. Fasted until 1pm then a chicken salad and a coffee with cream. No tea as I wasn't hungry but managed to have another coffee and cream. Today I am motivated as I am still loving this woe and weigh in this Friday. Day 82... havrn't blogged my food for a while. Have lost 10kgs in the first 50 days but stabilsed since. That is a goal in itself but now I am starting to listen to my body. Dairy is not good for me and I have to watch my dairy intske. This meal is day 1 of focusing more strictly on the next 10kg milestone. Carbs: 9.2 Fat: 81.2 Protein: 26.5 #lchf

Day 45.  Fortnightly weigh in tomorrow. Today we arrived home after a 16 day holiday. Eating LCHF whilst staying with others, socialising, etc was a challenge but we achieved 95% of the time.  Back to strict banting today and weigh in tomorrow. Feeling great.

Day 32 - Cauliflower bread cheese burger. YuMmO!!!! Had a coffee with cream earlier today. This will last me until tonight. #lchf Fat: 84g Protein:31.82g Carbs: 12.02g

Day 30 - wow one month.  Really enjoying this WOE & WOL. What I have noticed is my body works best when I have a decent breakfast.  #lchf #lchfjourney

Day 26 - NSV fitted into a pair of jeans I bought 2 sizes too small 2 years ago and never been able to get into! Makes it all worthwhile getting up and oreparing a brekky like this. #lchfjourney Fat 40.8 Protein 17.3 Carbs 5.36
