Very much an individualized approach. I don't recommend this for the obese individual and those with hormonal imbalances. I DO recommend it to the individuals that KNOW their body and want to experiment and see if it's adaptable to those with very busy lifestyles. Also, to learn from the experience! :)

T-Bar Row's are a great exercise to add variety to your back workout. They can be done in a machine or with a barbell loaded at one end . Picture your arms as hooks for your lats, which should do most of the work. After you hit peak contraction, lower the weight slowly, keeping tension on your back.
