Chicken Parcels with Satay Dipping Sauce - this will make an easy dinner. My kids love anything with a dipping sauce and satay is a fave.
Zucchini Cheesecake - courgette overload out of my garden this year. This sounds delicious and will make a great gift as well as a tasty lunch.
Toastie with Avocado and Cheese - lunch on the go. My standard breakfast is avo and tomato on toast. This might mix it up a little.
Zucchini blinis - these would be great for the kids lunchboxes or brunch with the girls.
My boys love my mother's spanish omelette - this should make a great replacement for a light lunch.
Garlic Prawn Stir-Fry - quick and easy for those nights when there is little time for preparation.
Going to try these for treat day - the macadamia and coconut combo will remind me of Oz
These look really tasty. Would make a good breakfast choice. Brekkie is difficult when you are trying to limit carbs and dairy as well.
A simple yet delicious breakfast, maybe a few tomatoes and spinach leaves would go great with this also :-) #IQS8WP
A healthy quesadilla option which makes me feel quite Mexican.
