I have been in LOVE with tzatziki sauce ever since I worked as a waitress at a small Greek restaurant my senior year in high school. Your breath will still smell like garlic after 3 brushings, but it's worth it. So good with pita. I made some of my own and it came out pretty good, but a little watery. I will have to try this recipe, it's more detailed than the one I used :)
