One exercise to help climb stairs with arthritis
Do you hate climbing up the stairs? 😔 Do you feel as though it’s really hard to go quickly because of muscle weakness, pain, feeling off balance? 👀 Going up the stairs requires POWER 💥 Power is strength + speed. You need to be able to generate strength quickly- on one leg. 🦵🏽 One way to get started in building power is to try to start standing up QUICKLY 🙌🏼 Even if it doesn’t feel fast to you- think about standing up as quickly as you can.
