Bay of Bengal Curry Chicken 1 can coconut cream 1 tbls Bay of Bengal Curry Dip Mix (or to taste) 500g chicken breast, sliced 2 zucchinis, sliced (or veg of choice) salt and pepper to taste Open the can of coconut cream and mix in the dip mix. Set aside. Brown the chicken in a fry pan. Add coconut cream mix and zucchinis. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer until zucchinis are cooked.
