Mindfulness is a practice that, when mastered, enables you to be more open, compassionate, and self-aware. Mindful people intentionally take their attention off auto-pilot and re-direct negative, judging thoughts. So, it’s not a big stretch to imagine that more mindful people might make better relationship partners. In fact, research has found that higher levels of mindfulness predict happier, more satisfying relationships.
