Dr. Jaban Moore on Instagram: "😤Comment “LYMPH” and I’ll send you my free lymphatic drainage guide with practical ways to start draining your lymph system. The lymphatic system is made up of tiny vessels that are microscopic in size. When you drain your lymphatic system, the excess fluid (lymph) moves through lymphatic vessels, where lymph nodes filter out toxins and waste. It then enters the bloodstream through the thoracic or right lymphatic duct, rejoining circulation via the subclavian veins near the collarbone. From there, the kidneys and liver process and eliminate waste through urine, sweat, and stool. 🫡If you have sinus congestion, start draining your lymphatic system. 💌Send this to a friend! Helps digestion and keeps things moving south. 5️⃣ Sits Bones: Gentle but

However before you can do that you really should clear the lymph nodes first. Why? If your lymph nodes are congested it’s like they are a locked door. So if you are trying to move the fluid from the vessels through a locked door you aren’t going to be as effective as if the door is open (ie cleared 😉) Now before you ask for all the facial locations, I have something launching next week that will make it easier to implement 🤩 Note: I did go through all of the nodes in this video 🙃 Also it’s going to be the same 10-50 pumps/circles at each location Happy draining #lymphnode #lymphdrainage #lymphaticdrainage #facialdrainage #faciallymphaticdrainage #specific7 #total12 #lymphaticsystem #drainagesupport #lymphvessel #manuallymphaticdrainage So stay tuned 😀 | Dr. Caitlin Czezowski
