As a poor immigrant who grew up with a single mom nobody racism in America is not foreign to me. But not to the extent you have experienced it. I’m still alive and that says a lot, unfortunately… I don’t share this to make it about me, but to simply say that I SEE you. I FEEL you. And I LOVE you. ACTIONS speak louder than words. So I made a donation to @unicorn.riot (a grass-roots nonprofit org for antiracism) and will keep donating 50% of all proceeds till the end of the day tomorrow.

Evening rituals. Some of my current ones I can’t function without include: 🌻journaling (15 mins or more if there are loads of feelings) 🌻flower sipping (5 mins) 🌻facial gua sha (20 mins) 🌻foot soak for (20 mins) 🌻Qigong mediation (5 mins) I don't usually have time to do them all in a single evening, but I do at least 2 out of the 5 EVERY night. Sometimes I combine them, for example, I'll do a facial gua sha or a facial mask while soaking my feet. Or I journal while sipping on flow
