Remember Me by Daniel Quinnell. The film is an insight at the struggle of living in a world of encroaching shadows, of broken memories and blank faces that is Dementia. The film follows Joan, a 78 year old women who is in the early stages of dementia. The reality as she perceives it, time disappearing, where the past and present merge together and those who she loves become distant strangers. The film explores the world in which Joan lives, as her memory slowly disappears.

Exercise Regularly: "People who exercise every day think faster, remember more, learn quicker, are more creative and are better problem solvers. They are least likely to develop memory loss, dementia or Alzheimer’s. They also have more energy, motivation and desire to learn. They are happier, more content with their lives and more optimistic."
