Lebanese roast salmon and cauliflower salad

Chili Soy Sauce Steamed Fish. Made this tonight and it was so good! I used Red Snapper steamed with garlic, red peppers and shaved carrots. For the sauce I used ginger powder, brown sugar instead of white and a bit of veggie broth instead of water. I wrapped the fish and sauce in tin foil and steamed it in a veggie steam basket. Only took 11-12 mins!
