A National War Memorial Park will be developed in the middle of Wellington to mark the 100th anniversary of Gallipoli, Prime Minister John Key revealed this morning. Mr Key announced plans to fast-track the project in Mount Cook so it would be ready in time for Anzac Day in 2015. The new park would link the existing memorial, the Tomb of the Unknown Warrior, the Hall of Memories and the National Carillion. By Isaac Davison www.nzherald.co.nz
