#TRUTH  Not unhealthy skinny, but thin girls look better in fashions. Dropped 70lbs and I can't wait to get an entire new fall wardrobe.   :) 128lbs Almost to my goal weight of 125!

My doctor helped me regulate my diet.  Basically, I lowered my carb intake and raised my protein.  I quit all sugary beverages and snacks cold turkey.  I also kept my caloric intake below a certain level and found fun ways to become more active.  (Dancing is major for me).  In 9 months, I lost 125lbs.  I hope to lose another 20-25 lbs.
