Applebees Perfect Sunrise: 1 1/4 oz 1800 Silver tequila, 1/4 oz 1800 Reposado tequila, 1/2 oz simple syrup (combine equal parts hot water & sugar until dissolved. Add tequilas, simple syrup, lime juice, sweet-and-sour, & orange juice. Shake well. Empty glass & add drink. Serve w/grenadine shot on side & a maraschino cherry.
Mojitarita, a cross between a Mojito and Margarita
The Mojitarita cocktail is a cross between the Mojito and the Margarita. It blends mint and lime with silver tequila instead of rum, and the taste is incredibly refreshing - perfect for a hot summer's day.
This delicious, festive cocktail is best when made with top shelf brands. I recommend Patron Silver tequila, Cointreau, Gran Marnier, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup. Margaritas are great for parties and celebrations, especially during the summer, because they’re cold, refreshing (it’s the lime!) and light. You can drink more than one and they still taste great! Homemade margaritas made with fresh real food ingredients like blood orange juice, limes, raw honey, and 100% agave silver tequila. This drink recipe looks beautiful (blood oranges give it a wonderful hue) and goes down easy! (paleo/primal)
