The Porch sits nestled between the grand colonnades of 30th Street Station   and four lanes of traffic on Market Street, an old parking lot. Groundswell   was brought on by UCD to redesign the space with a series of unique parklet   ‘stacks’. Each stack consists of three different tiered platforms:

A major station stop serving all of SEPTA's regional rail train lines, 30th Street is also a stop on Amtrak's Northeast Corridor Line and the station provides access to NJ Transit's Atlantic City line, SEPTA's Market-Frankford subway line, five SEPTA subway-surface trolley lines, numerous bus lines, and stops for discount bus lines Megabus and Bolt Bus.
