Easy fruit cobbler: 24ounces of mixed frozen fruit (yes it has to be frozen fruit or it doesn't cook right) one box of white or yellow cake mix, one can of diet sprite, sprite zero, 7-up or Sierra mist (just clear version of any of these). Put in fruit first, then cake mix, then SLOWLY pour can of soda over it. DO NOT STIR or you'll end up with a liquid topping! Bake about 45-50minutes at 350 and serve hot for best, but its good either way.
Peach cobbler. I used 4 cans of 15.25 peaches and used 3/4 cup of milk and 3/4 cup of peach syrup from the can, also put a little extra flour in to thicken up the batter a little more added a tablespoon of vanilla for more flavor. Added a 1/8 of salt and 2 teaspoons of baking powder as well.:
