Only 300 cals per cup to boot. 1 can black beans,1 can pinto beans,1 14.5 oz. can petite dice tomatoes drained,1 can chicken, 1 can cream of chicken soup,1 10oz. can green enchalada sauce, 1 can chicken broth, 1 packet taco seasoning. Mix, heat and serve!
