9/11 note finds way back to widow 10 YEARS LATER

The note that Randy Scott hastily wrote while on the 84th floor of the World Trade Center passed through many hands, eventually landing at the National September 11 Memorial & Museum, which worked with the medical examiner to identify the blood stain as belonging to Randy Scott.


"It's the last known photo of Gary Box, then 35, who died an hour later in the toppling towers [on 9/11]. His remains were never recovered. "


In mere hours it will mark the twelfth anniversary of the horrible terrorist attacks on September 11. It still makes my heart ache when I see all the pictures of the burning buildings and the videos of the planes crashing into the world trade center. But what that day truly proved is that America will rally together in time of desperation. We don't give up that easy! Don't forget about all the victims and their families tomorrow.
