5-Minute Fudge:  3 cups chips (pick your flavor, chocolate, peanut butter, vanilla, etc.), 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk, dash of salt, 1/4 cup butter, 1 1/2 tsp vanilla.  Microwave 2-3 minutes, pour into pan and chill.  Add nuts, candy canes, whatever... easiest dessert ever!
