The image on the left is from a 5K I ran on February 15. Less than a month later, I shaved off three minutes off my time. This race was more challenging. It was longer (Feb race was 5.5K and this one was 5.6K) the terrain was difficult to maneuver and I was having stomach cramps and aching ankles. There were less water stations so I was dehydrated for most of the race. I literally felt like crying in some instances. Next goal is 30 minutes.
