1 pkg Meal Replacement Shake Mix (I have chocolate) ¼ cup water Grease a mug with non-stick spray. In a small bowl, mix together your meal replacement shake packet with ¼ cup of water. Pour this mixture into the greased mug and microwave for 90 seconds.
