This is my son's favorite beef jerky made out of ground beef. 3lbs ground beef, bottle of hot and spicy Allegro marinade, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder and 10 dashes of hot sauce. Mix all ingredients and put in jerky press (or if no press make 1/4 inch strips) place on dehydrator trays and dehydrate. Time depends on you dehydrator, mine is done in 5 hrs.
