3 Star...Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe : Alton Brown : Food Network. Great base recipe, creamy and rich.  The quality of the cheese is crucial and can take it to 4 or 5 stars.  I also added 1/2 tsp each onion powder, garlic powder and lemon juice that I saw in a Thomas Keller recipe and it vastly improved the taste.
