Fun - Chiricahua Apache - no date - The Apache were born warriors. The fiercest and most feared of all American Indian tribes. The Apache defied the odds and fought so ferociously that expansion by Mexico and later the United States slowed to a standstill. More than a century later, Apache tactics were adopted as a combat model for special forces. Apaches used speed, stealth, surprise, distraction, deception and even the land itself as weapons.

I NEED to do CBT DAILY. Memorizing my CBT & DBT abc’s to combat faulty thinking, negative thought traps, and ANT’s (automatic negative thoughts). Because after struggling for ages, and lots of reading, learning and growth, I've realized therapy will only truly work for me if I know my shit back to front. The more therapy points I can recall from memory, the easier I'm finding it to truly implement them into my daily life, as well as during more intense periods of emotional distress.
