Andy Goldsworthy is undoubtedly one of the most talked-about land artists of modern times. His visually striking works are made at a human scale with incredible attention to vibrant colors and uncanny details.
Jenna Bytheway -Another piece of Art by Andy Goldsworthy, made from stones / rocks stacked on top of each other , placed in a scenic background to make an impact that he is an environmentalist . i personally think its really creatively different and i would have liked to have known how he got the stones stacked up on each other.
He received his B.A. in 1978 from the University of Central Lancashire (then Preston Polytechnic). He currently lives in Penpont, Scotland. He’s been honored with numerous awards over the years for his art. He is also considered the founder of the discipline of modern rock balancing due to his use of stone in his work.
