A lovely crust is topped with a layer of your favorite jam, then covered with a frangipane layer, topped with almonds and baked. Finally drizzled with a sugar icing, and devoured by anyone who sees it!

1 pack mini phyllo cups (I used Athens) 4 oz brie cheese 8 slices bacon 1/3 cup apricot jam (I used Polaner) 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar Thyme for garnish

Rustic Autumn Fruit Tart

Rustic Apple Pear Tart -- Very good, I used Honey Crisp apples (3 of them) and a Bartlett pear. Also glazed with apple jelly rather than the apricot. Didn't have cardamom, so I used allspice instead. Had to add cream to crust as it was too dry.


Raspberry jam coconut slice

Raspberry Coconut slice. Great recipe, made two, one with apricot jam, and other raspberry jam. Would be delicious with lemon curd or other preserves!
