Fool proof green salad; Mary Berry Cooks HIghly recommend it! This is an absolutely delicious green salad that can be partially assembled ahead. It truly elevates the humble green salad. I've made it 2 days in a row; to bring to a luncheon served alongside a roasted salmon and for a family dinner served with a lasagna. In both meals it went very well. Next time I will try it for a BBQ!
