Vietnamese coffee popsicles * Ingredients 2 cups very strong brewed coffee (about 3 K-cups) 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cup whole milk. Combine all ingredients into a large measuring cup & chill for at least 2 hours. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for about 1 hour before inserting popsicle sticks into each. Freeze until completely solid. Enjoy!
Matcha Mousse Pops/8oz. (236mL) heavy whipping cream 1 c plain unsweetened yogurt 1/4 c sugar 4 tbsp. powdered matcha green tea In a mixer with a whisk attachment, beat the cream and sugar until stiff peaks form.Gently fold in yogurt with a spatula and sift over matcha powder. Beat again to stiff peaks.Spoon mixture into popsicle molds up to about a centimeter from the top and cap with the provided handles. Freeze pops for at least 3 h
