Part of a #SISC challenge was to share what helps us get back on track, and I am a list maker and love to plan ahead. This planner is something I would use to get back on track and plan my week! :) What do you like included in your personal weekly plan sheet?
Will get you there. Don't try too much too soon. Forgive yourself if you go off track and just start again slowly. Reward yourself for short/long-term goals. Consistency is key. 5 minutes can be as important as an hour if it helps you stay on track or jump back on.
Never quit. If you stumble get back up. What happened yesterday no longer matters. Today's another day so get back on track and move closer to your dreams and goals. You can do it! Great life/motivational quote.
