Bacon Explosion - a hit at dinner club last night! Used the "Burnt Finger" rub and sauce ordered from the website, added some chopped jalepenos for more flavor, & after 2 hours on the smoker: WOW! This is probably the most pinned pin of mine.
I made this tonight, but I skipped the dry bbq rub and just used bottled bbq sauce on both the inside and outside and instead of pork sausage, I used deer sausage. I also didn't smoke it, I baked it in the oven for an hour at 375... yummy
