Crust: 1/2 Cup THM Baking Blend, 2 Tbs Cocoa Powder, 2 tsp Gentle Sweet, 2 Tbs Melted Butter, 1 Tbs Water. Filling: 3 8 oz Pkgs Cream Cheese, 1/4 Cup Gentle Sweet, 1/4 Cup Lily’s Chocolate Chips, Melted, 2 Tbs Cocoa Powder, 2 tsp Vanilla. Combine crust ingredients together. Press crust into bottom of a 9 inch Springform pan or pie pan.Combine filling ingredients, mix well with hand or stand mixer. Pour into crust, refrigerate for two hours. Slice into 8 pieces.
