A favorite appetizer gets a makeover! These Oven Baked Pickle Chips with Horseradish Chipotle Sauce are not only baked instead of fried but their flavor quotient has been upped thanks to being dredged in an amazing horseradish sauce.
1/4 cup egg whites 4 Tbsp. flour 1 package of Italian Parmesan Fresh Take bread crumb and cheese mixture Dill Pickles Instructions Place your egg whites in one bowl, your flour in a second bowl and the fresh take package in a third bowl. Dip your pickles into the flour, then the egg whites and lastly the bread crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy!
Baked Pickles. Like Deep Fried but BETTER! I sprayed the tops with a bit of Olive Oil Spray to make them crispier just as they cooked-no need for broiler at the end. I also made homemade peppercorn parm ranch dressing. FANTASTIC!
