Baked Teriyaki Chicken - This was delicious! The sauce is way better than any store bought sauce. I put my chicken in the oven while I cooked the sauce, just to speed it up. Then cooked for 10 minutes with 1/2 sauce, then another 20 with the remaining sauce basted on. Chicken was tender and amazing. (av)
This was really good!! The teriyaki sauce was super easy to make and really delicious. I'm not a big vinegar fan so I didn't use the the full 1/4 cup if vinegar. I also didn't cook it for the full hour. I did 20 minutes on each side at 425° and it was plenty of enough time. We will definitely be having this again!
