How to make a DIY kids birthday balloon avalanche to make your child feel extra special on their birthday morning. Balloons can fall from the door or ceiling. Fill your child's bucket of love by reminding him how important he is to you on his birthday. The how to video is super cool too! via @funwithmama
Making a balloon canopy worked out way better for me than the balloon avalanche I previously pinned. Just tape two garbage bags to the ceiling and tuck the ends into the door. The birthday boy/girl is showered with balloons when they open it.
Birthday balloon avalanche :) What you'll need: -bedroom door that opens inward -clear shower curtain (you could use anything but we chose the clear curtain so we could capture her face on video) -painters tape -75 balloons (we used the small ones and probably "over did it"... but she only turns 6 once, right?!) -two out of breath parents -one birthday girl/boy ...
Balloon avalanche: tape balloons to a closed door. First, loosely tape a clear table cloth or plastic tarp to the door frame. Using painter’s tape will help protect surfaces. Start by taping along the bottom and work your way up – remember to leave room for balloons! When you are almost to the top- add the balloons. Secure top with tape. This is a great birthday surprise idea.
A balloon avalanche as a birthday morning surprise. I did this for my boyfriend's 19th birthday and he was shocked! It was the first time I could finally pull off a surprise without him knowing and he loved it.
