Try a different twist on rolled sandwiches with a balsamic sauce drizzled over steak and vegetables. if we had to do it over, we would just cook the steak and veggies separately. I think if our steak was a thinner cut, it would have been okay. But the seasoning and sauce in this was awesome. We used broccoli slaw and matchstick carrots as the veggies.
