The Bank of Amer­ica Tower is a sky­scraper in down­town Jack­sonville, Florida, United States. It is the tallest build­ing in Jack­sonville, and the ninth-tallest in the state of Florida (the tallest eight all being in Miami). It was built as the head­quar­ters of Bar­nett Bank and orig­i­nally named Bar­nett Cen­ter, but the name was changed in 1996 when Bar­nett was ac­quired by Na­tions­Bank, which soon merged with Bank of Amer­ica.

The struc­ture was fin­ished in early 2003, and con­tains a park­ing garage which is lo­cated on the sec­ond to sixth floors, a small re­tail mall, and a Bank of Amer­ica—the build­ing's name­sake ten­ant—on the ground floor. It cur­rently stands as the fifth tallest build­ing in Ft. Laud­erdale.
