The much loved banana toffee pie made even simpler in cute little individual cups! With layers of digestive biscuit crust, dulce de leche, banana slices and whipped cream, this no-bake “pie” is dangerously delicious and a cinch to make!
Banoffee Pie - super easy recipe and so good. 1/2 cup brown sugar is the US measure. I modify adding the bananas into the toffee and then use premade crusts or pretzel crust is a-maz-ing. Then just before serving each piece, top with low fat whipped topping.
Banoffee Pie - I learned to make this when I lived in England. Too good for words!! ... I just use Cool Whip to make it faster. Beware .... Once you try it you will gain 10 pounds because you won't be able to stop eating it!!!!
