This was AMAZING! Used Kosher salt, chipotle chile powder instead of cayenne, added half a can of cherry Dr. Pepper. Before putting roast in slow cooker, I seasoned it with salt and pepper and browned on all sides. We could have finished off this whole incredible thing, it was so good! Served with smashed red potatoes.
