The necklaces and boxes for the chopstick rests finally arrived for tomorrow’s exhibition. The contents of two boxes which have a piece of blue coral are from Yonaguni, where I went three days ago for the first time. I wanted to see the island before the self-defense force is going to make it unfit to visit. The coastline is extremely beautiful with many miniature rock gardens, but the beaches are badly littered with all sorts of plastic of which I filled several bags for a future project.
