I bought myself a hot and spicy cookbook when I was a teenager and first learning to cook, and this was one of the recipes in it. I didnt try it for a while because I was intimidated by what looked to me like a long list of ingredients, but when I did finally try it, I was so glad I did!
We have this amazing Afghan restaurant here in Melbourne and the food is simply amazing...though I never know what I'm eating, I just ask them to bring out all the popular dishes to suit our western taste-buds, lol. And they deliver, let me tell you. Would love to see if I can make some of these beautiful dishes.
