For 12 Brats, you need 2-3 Vidalia onions, 1 stick of butter, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, 2 beers, and a couple of dashes of Worcestershire sauce. While grilling the brats on all sides, sauté the onion with butter over medium-high heat. Then layer the onions and butter on the bottom of the crockpot, put the brats on top of those, and then add the beer, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer on low for 2-3 hours.
