This is Fogg's behavioral model, in which he describes what triggers behavior (i.e. motivation, ability, and triggers). He basically says: put hot triggers in the path of motivated people. Be sure to check out his website, where he gives lots of tips and tricks. Also, you might want to join his "three tiny habits" program. I did and it actually works!
