Roasted Duck Recipe. Made this and it was delicious. Hint - turn the oven up from 375 to 400 about 15 minutes before you take the duck out for basting. Then return the heat to 375 after you've basted and put the bird back in. You only have to base twice. Easiest and best duck I've ever made. YUM!
